OUR SERVICES

We offer a range of specialized services related to Surplus Funds which are owed to former homeowners.  Many homeowners are unaware of these funds being held by their county tax office, or that these funds even exist.  Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective claim submission, including all forms required by county entities.  

OUR FEES

15% ~ 30% of the overage amount due to our clients, upon successful receipt of said funds.

We handle all required forms submission, including hiring an attorney, if required to file your claim.
